Trial period

xtracker.ai offers a limited-access trial for a small one-time fee. Trial charges are non-refundable once the trial period has begun, as access to the service is granted immediately upon payment.

At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscription refunds

If you are charged for a subscription renewal and have not used the service during that billing period, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable situations

1. Refund request submitted more than 7 days after the charge date
2. Service has been actively used during the billing period
3. Subscription was already cancelled previously for the same account
4. Trial period fees, regardless of usage

How to request a refund

Email us at service@xtracker.ai with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your registered email address and the approximate date of the charge. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
